Nirogitanman is a healthcare platform committed to offering reliable consultations, diagnostics, wellness services, and product deliveries. To maintain quality and ensure fairness to all service providers on the platform, the following policy applies to all users.

1. No Refund Policy

We follow a strict No Refund Policy across all services and product categories:

No refunds will be provided for doctor consultations (online or in-person), diagnostic bookings, Health ATM services, or subscription-based services.
No refunds will be issued for health products purchased through our e-commerce platform.
In case of duplicate payments or transaction failures, the amount (if debited) will be auto-reversed by the bank or payment gateway within 7 working days.

2. Cancellation Policy

You may request cancellation before the service is availed, subject to the following:

Doctor Appointments: Cancellations are allowed up to 2 hours before the scheduled consultation. No rescheduling or refund will be entertained after that.
Lab Tests: Bookings can be cancelled only if the sample has not been collected.
Health ATMs: Self-check services once initiated cannot be cancelled.
Product Orders: Orders once placed cannot be cancelled or modified.

Please note: Cancellations do not qualify for refunds.

3. Product Issues & Replacement

While refunds are not provided, we will support replacements in case:

The product received is damaged, expired, or incorrect.
The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery via Contact@nirogitanman.com along with proof (photo or video).

Our team will verify the request and offer a suitable resolution, subject to availability.

4. Disputes or Complaints

For any service-related issues, users are encouraged to raise a complaint via:
